In my early coffee I began searching for something better than the regular stuff on the shelf at the grocery store. I searched for other brands…what is roast level?…flavor profiles?…Specialty Coffee? I started changing brew methods from drip to pour over…suddenly now I own every drip - pour over - french press - mokapot - coffee making shenanigans that I can find a tutorial on YouTube for… Then an entry level espresso machine but now I have to get a fancy grinder too right?! You get the idea…haha

Enter EXTINCT! Right now we are located inside of Westwood Fitness in downtown Fort Worth. This is our birthing phase! Currently we offer occasional pop up shops, online coffee sales, and local pick at the gym. Cant wait to continue to grow and share good coffee with you all!
